This has been my breakfast this whole week and I wanted to share! When I first started using my marine collagen powder I tried to use it in smoothies. It just wasn’t working out since I could taste it and fish and fruit just aren’t that awesome together (unless we are talking mango salsa!). Anyway, I knew I had to use something savory. A mug of chicken broth, two scoops of vital proteins collagen, some chopped cilantro, green onion, and mushroom. It’s honestly one of my favorite things EVER. We call it nourishing broth. It would be amazing if you are sick or recovering from a flare. Our bodies need collagen (the most abundant protein in the body). This is soothing, healing, and so delicious.
